Switch places of pinned topics

is there any chance that we can change the positions of the pinned topics - especially in the welcome page.

In Challenges it would be cool to have:
How to post a challenge
over
Types of challenges to get inspired

and also in OSCEdays Organization:
OSCEdays global READ ME
over
Global Node Overview

How can i do this?

I guess the first post you pin will be on top (or the other way around). So maybe unpin them and pin them in the right order
