In Danish Design Centre we have also been using Lars’ great Openness Discussion tool for our REMODEL programme (10 Danish manufacturing companies pursuing new open source-based business models and strategies, funded by the Danish government).
Our version is a slightly tweaked version of Lars’ original, you can see it here:
