New color for the link

Hi,
is it possible to change the color of the link to one of the OSCEdays colors? On the website we have
026699 as link color & 00B2D2 or 00A4AA as hover color.
I think it could look nice and add more consitency.

ah, made my screen brighter. looks like the colors are already the same. Just link and hover changed places.
