In particular we’ll be reviewing the planning of the London and Reading based day/days (9th to 13th of June ), alongside activities, challenges or other projects people are working on that could do with support.

NOTES FROM

OUTLINE AGENDA’S & VENUE/S

  • Thursday - Design For Manufacturing Summit - Grit will be getting back to them/ sending bio etc
  • Friday - Circular Community Places - MachinesRoom - To detail the exact form further - idea to also have smal “pop-up” inspiration talks e.g. - Bibi on BlueEconomy - @Sagar interested to as well - Erica will share content details so can check relevent
  • Saturday - Reading Green Fest - To collate resources (map, possible table etc) - r-lab have started an interesting stream on Reading Hackspace group around 3D print filament recycling
  • Sunday - OPEN Letter - @gpinuk & @rachels42 have drafted outline - still to have venue confirmed - Camden Collective?
  • Monday? - possible link/ promote to Tech for Good Meetup - Green tech, clean tech and the circular economy

DETAILING

  • Content for the days - all will work on gdrive files
  • linking with other cities (pre/ during/ post) - Need to get the “challenges” up and link/ check with other related cities, Berlin, Rio etc
  • global reporting - Will check on the requirements for this - if we sign-up to a time or already alloted
