Schools (households)- teachers, parents, students
Waste pick-up companies
Cricket farmers

Key issues/challenges:

  1. Feed crickets in a sustainable way
  2. Find a market/use for frass
  3. Connect actors that can collaborate (farmers, cricket farmers, consumers, gardeners, small institutions)

Key insights:

  1. Combine physical interface and online platform for logistics
  2. Educate actors of the system
  3. Opportunity to spin-off into multiple micro circular economies
