- Stigma associated with becoming the first adopter
- Confusion about what the technology can do
- Financial incentives that are lacking

- The community must be engaged when trying to adopt a renewable energy option
- There’s a gap between support and the ability to adopt solar writ large
- Solar is often hidden on top of rooftops; and it’s not like other viral things that are visible, so it needs to be more visible

Create a solar-powered mobile device charging kiosk that engages consumers to consider solar.
What need/problem are you addressing?
We want solar to spread like wildfire.
How does your solution solve the problem?
It creates an engagement station where people are. It takes advantage of their downtime to educate and engage, while charging their phones or periperals.
What questions do you have still?
Who is the target audience? Can we use VR? Is there something we can do to make solar sexy? How many staff will be available to assist? Does it make sense to put a phone charger in a place where it might not be most advantageous, could you put them in bars?
