Hi @BoST + Community I set up a Mentorship Program and @JayKay and I are going to edit it further. Here in this topic we can ##1 Discuss It Further If you have ideas about it - the general structure, purpose and so on. How to add it to the main conversation? ##2 Think About Who To Invite? And How? We said, once a self-organizing mentorship program is there, we can still reach out to certain people, we want to see there. And maybe how to make it more appealing for them.
